What are the delivery areas covered?
Cookies Orlando delivers to all addresses within the Greater Orlando Area. To find out if your address is eligible for delivery, enter your preferred delivery address, including zip code, into our online checkout for confirmation.
How do I place a delivery order?
To place a delivery order with Cookies Orlando, navigate to the Orlando store and add desired products to cart as you would with a normal pick-up order. Once you are ready to checkout, click the Cart icon. Once you are in the checkout portal, select ‘Delivery’ under ‘Type’ which is located right under your patient information. Then, proceed to complete the remainder of the checkout requirements and select ‘Place Order.’
What are the delivery fees?
There are no delivery fees for orders over $125.00. Orders under $125.00 will incur a $25.00 delivery charge.
When will I receive my order?
Orders are delivered between 24 and 48 hours of when they were placed. Delivery is available Monday through Saturday, delivered between 10:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. EST.
Once your order is placed, you will be contacted by our Delivery team to schedule your delivery window. Please note, you must be home at the time of delivery to receive your order.
Can I schedule a delivery in advance?
Yes, patients can schedule deliveries in advance as long as their recommendation allows for the amount of product ordered. Note that orders are fulfilled first come, first serve, and advance orders may result in out-of-stock notifications for products that have sold out before the requested delivery date.
