Had never been to a Cookies dispensary before this interaction. Went for the first time and there was a payment issue where the young lady tendering me accidentally scanned my CanPay twice. I didn’t realize until days later that both charges went through - but when I called, the manager was quick to find a resolution, even offering to deliver the cash to me at home for the inconvenience. Both times going in the staff was kind and very professional. Despite the (very human) mistake, they gave me a great first impression!

I will never go here again. I got there at 8:55. The heavyset lady at the front door, then the short black girl with the dreads that looks like a boy told her not to take anyone else at 8:55 as soon as I walked through the door, they kept going back-and-forth with me saying that they couldn't take me and they close at 9 o'clock by the time I convinced them to let me go to the register it Was 8:57 PM. They rang my purchase up. I pulled out my can pay to pay. It turned 9 PM and they didn't Wouldn't let me check out hadn't been going back-and-forth with me in the first place I would've been able to get my items too expensive. I only went there because they were the only ones open at 9 PM. I drove all The way Orlando hospital in Longwood to get there and they turned me Before closing time. Closing time is going to be at 8:55 then it's a state that on Google as well On the front of their door, but the closing time says 9 PM and I am pissed

So I had a customer service representative refused to sell me product, telling me that my card was expired when I asked if it was expired in the state or in the dispensary medical wise, she could not answer the question later on asked If the manager would compromise and bless me with something free since I literally drove 45 minutes there and 45 minutes back home she said there was nothing she could do and I find it highly unprofessional and a lack of customer service

The marketing team need better wording for this, went in today to take advantage of this deal and was told there’s stipulations involved that weren’t listed on the promotion advertised. Didn’t even get any of the stuff I wanted to try, nor did I get anything free after buying 3-3.5’s, just paid for something that was “on sale”. This is not a way to a way to gain “foot traffic”, if you advertise something you should honor it, not change the rules when ppl walk into your establishment…this isn’t hood monopoly. Then when I hear back from the company about this, the customer support email they gave me wasn’t even active, my out going email couldn’t get delivered because the email was inactive. 🤦🏾‍♂️, I like cookies…I really do, but this just might make me go to another vendor.

Horrible establishment, this was my first time coming to a Cookies. My wife just didn’t want to sit in the car seeing how the neighborhood didn’t look too good. I was told my wife couldn’t come in without her I.D, we went back to car and got it, only to then be told, because she doesn’t have a medical card she can’t come in. I’m a manager at Surterra! We welcome all guests at all times of open hours. Telling a patient they can’t bring someone into the store and expecting them to still give you their money is wild. If you want to be treated like a person and not just a number come see us at Surterra.

Everyone should go and have this epic experience. Not every dispensary is this welcoming and honestly this was the most pleasant experience. I can't wait to come back and return.

Cookies Orlando never misses. Their knowledge, customer service and just all around vibe is industry leading in Florida. Today was no different than other times I’ve been there. I was greeted warmly and assisted with many questions and issues I had. My issue was resolved immediately and every single question I had was answered professionally and I didn’t feel like I was being talked down to like other dispensaries I’ve been to. I really appreciate that. The bud tenders ( I won’t post their names) were super nice and pointed me in the direction that I needed to be. The medicines that were recommended to me were very and are exactly what I need for my medical needs. 10 out of 10 would recommend
