By participating in the Cookies Pensacola Store Opening Rewards Sweepstakes, and joining Cookie Dough Rewards, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions: 

Eligibility: This Sweepstakes is open exclusively to members of the Cookie Dough Loyalty Program who are 18 years of age or older with a valid Florida-issued MMUR card. This Sweepstakes is intended as a reward for our loyal customers and in no way shall be construed as any incentive or encouragement to purchase cannabis or cannabis products. Participation in the Cookie Dough Loyalty Program does not require a purchase. 

Reward Limitations: The reward consists of 3.5g of cannabis per week for 52 weeks, subject to the legal sales limits of Florida state cannabis laws and availability of patient allotment at time(s) of dispensation. This reward is designed to comply with state regulations and in no way shall be construed to promote excessive use or be attractive to children. The Company in its sole discretion, with or without notice, reserves the right to modify the reward at any time for any reason. 

Child Safety: All participants must ensure that all cannabis and cannabis products are kept out of reach of children. Cannabis and cannabis products are for use by adults 18 years of age and older only. This promotion and none of the promotional materials or activities are to be appealing to children in any way. 

Entry Requirements: This Sweepstakes begins Tuesday, May 21st , which is subject to change in the sole discretion of the Company and ends on the 52nd week following the store opening, currently scheduled to be held in May of 2024. To enter, (i) visit Cookies Port St. Myers during its first 30 days open, and (ii) sign up for the Cookie Dough Loyalty Program either via this form, in-store or at https://cookiesflorida.co/#rewards. The chosen participant will be announced 48 hours after the close of business on the 30th day of operations, which date is subject to change. Must have a valid state of Florida-issued I.D. along with an active MMUR card. 

Sweepstakes Period: The Sweepstakes period begins at the Cookies Port St. Myers Store Opening (which is subject to change) and concludes at the end of the 52nd week following the event. 

Data Collection: By entering the Sweepstakes, you agree to the collection and use of your personal information for the Sweepstakes purposes and all related communications. Cookies Port St. Myers will not share or sell personal information with any third parties. 

Chosen Participant Notification: The chosen participant will be notified by email and SMS. The chosen participant must be opted-in to receive notifications from the Cookie Dough Loyalty program. Failure to meet eligibility criteria or respond within 48 hours may result in the selection of an alternate chosen participant. 

No Purchase Necessary: No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or participate in this Sweepstakes. 

Void Where Prohibited: This Sweepstakes is void when prohibited by law. Participants are responsible for ensuring their participation complies with local laws. 

Release of Liability: By participating, you release Cookies Port St. Myers and associated entities from any liability arising out of or related to the Sweepstakes. 

Returns for Defective Products: In the event a reward product is found to be defective, the participant may return the defective product within seven (7) days of receipt, subject to verification by Cookies Port St. Myers. To initiate a return, the participant must contact Cookies Port St. Myers customer service with proof of defect. If the defect is confirmed by Cookies Port St. Myers, the participant will be entitled to an equivalent replacement of the product, subject to availability. This return policy is only applicable to products received as part of the Sweepstakes reward and does not affect any statutory rights participants may have under applicable law. Cookies Port St. Myers reserves the right to modify or terminate this return policy at any time without notice, in its sole discretion. This provision does not constitute an admission that any products distributed are defective or substandard.
