Cookies Florida Florida Groves Rewards Sweepstakes Terms and Conditions
By participating in the Cookies Florida Groves Festival Raffle, and subscribing to communications, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:
Eligibility: This Sweepstakes is open exclusively to Cookies communications subscribers who are 18 years of age or older with a valid Florida-issued MMUR card. This Sweepstakes is intended as a reward and in no way shall be construed as any incentive or encouragement to purchase cannabis or cannabis products. Participation does not require a purchase.
Reward Limitations: Two winners will be chosen. One winner will receive a puffco bundle with a Terrapipe, Proxy, and Hot Knife. One Winner will receive “Free Weed for a Year”. The reward consists of one 3.5g eighth per week for 52 weeks, subject to Florida cannabis laws, patient allotments, and availability. The Company in its sole discretion, with or without notice, reserves the right to modify the reward at any time for any reason.
Entry Requirements: This Raffle is valid in the sole discretion of the Company and is open April 12th at 10am to April 13th at 11:59pm EST. To enter, (i) scan the QR code on the flier at the Cookies Booth at Florida Groves Festival, and (ii) sign up for the Cookies Text and/or email. One chosen winner will be announced 48 hours after the close of the raffle. Must have a valid state of Florida-issued I.D. along with an active MMUR card.
Data Collection: By entering the Raffle, you agree to the collection and use of your personal information for the Raffle purposes and all related communications. Cookies Florida will not share or sell personal information with any third parties.
Chosen Participant Notification: The chosen participants will be notified by email and SMS. The chosen participant must be opted-in to receive text and/or email. Failure to meet eligibility criteria or respond within 48 hours may result in the selection of an alternate chosen participant.
